These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
Personalized/Custom Products (wedding invitations, stationery, invitations, personalized gifts etc.)
Personalized and custom orders may not be cancelled or refunded once the final proof(s) have been approved by the client. Upon final proof approval, 16th & Taylor Stationery cannot accept returns or issue refunds due to any errors i.e. incorrect information or misspellings, etc. Once approval of your final proof is made, the client must accept all responsibility for the information and design as it is printed and/or presented.
For printing or custom order of invitations and stationery, guest names and addresses will be printed as per the guest list you supply 16th & Taylor Stationery. We will provide you a guest addressing instructions or template to complete for submission.
Once an order is placed, it is unable to be cancelled or modified.
Before submitting your order, please proofread your proof thoroughly for spelling, grammar, correct dates and times as well as addresses and information. Please verify all requested items are correct including, but not limited to, ink color, font style, liner color and paper selection before approving the proof and placing your order.
16th & Taylor Stationery requires your final proof approval via email.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
16th & Taylor Stationery shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of any products.
Color Differences and Textured Paper Printing:
Colors may vary from computer screen to the actual printed product. Handmade papers vary from one to another in color which is part of the handmaking process. When printing on textured paper a slight ink imperfection may appear on the final product. These things should be considered when making paper, color and printing selections.
16th & Taylor Stationery reserves the right to use images of your stationery for marketing, social media, and advertising purposes like the advertising company near me. Also, 16th & Taylor Stationery will conceal personal contact information. Wedding and invitations will only be posted after the event has occurred.
16th & Taylor Stationery does not share your information including, but not limited to, personal, financial, event or guest information with anyone other than the client themselves.
